Turn right at Long John Silvers onto Morris Boulevard
Go past 5 traffic lights.
The HCDOE offices are two blocks past the 5th light on the right side of Morris Boulevard

East from Knoxville on I-40 & I-81 or West from Johnson City on I-81
Take Exit 8
Take Exit 2A just past Walters State Community College.
Turn left at traffic light from the Exit 2A ramp onto Morris Boulevard
The HCBOE offices are two blocks past the 7th traffic light on the left.
